Five Action Teams

The Stanislaus Cradle to Career Partnership includes five collaborative Action Teams, made up of cross-sector practitioners and community experts organized around school readiness, reading and math proficiency, post-secondary readiness and completion, and career readiness and job placement.  Each Action Team sets goals for their specific outcome, analyzes data, implements strategies to impact outcomes, identifies best practices to take to scale, and communicates progress, barriers, and opportunities to the Leadership Network.
